SPSECT is founded by a rich cross domain expertise, passionate Entrepreneur, an academician, a great visionary Mr.Vinay HD inherited from Mandya & Dr.Tejaswini M who is a Clinical Child Psychologist from Bangalore.
India’s cherished vision to become super power can only be attained by its large skilled, responsible sincere and selfless citizens and by it’s best administrators.
SPSECT takes the responsibility of grooming, developing and nurturing them, to help our nation – India in improving their administrative practices and the bureaucracy system both in private and public sectors and adopt superior administrative policies. We seek to do this by producing skilled students responsible sincere and selfless citizens and top talented civil servants who will pioneer and shape new administrative practices and set top standards.

At Oranges, we believe that the early years of a child’s life lay the foundation for lifelong learning, emotional well-being, and holistic growth. Since our inception in 2014, our mission has been to create a nurturing, stimulating, and joyful environment where every child feels valued, understood, and inspired to explore the world with curiosity and confidence. As a psychologist and educator, my vision has always been to blend scientific understanding of child development with compassionate, child-centric practices. Under the umbrella of Shri Prema Sai Educational and Charitable Trust, we strive to uphold excellence in early education while ensuring each child’s individual needs are met with care. At Oranges, our programs are thoughtfully designed for children aged 2–6 years, supported by a dedicated daycare for 2–15 years that provides a safe, structured, and engaging space beyond school hours. Our after-school activities encourage creativity, discipline, skill-building, and social development.
Through our associated ventures—Oranges Aquatics and Oranges Care—we extend comprehensive developmental opportunities, from physical well-being and life skills to specialized clinical support for neurodivergent and specially abled children. This integrated ecosystem enables us to support every child’s growth across multiple dimensions.
It is my privilege to lead this vibrant learning community. Together with our passionate team, I look forward to continuing our journey of shaping happy, confident, and capable young learners.
